Collectively they've become one of the biggest food trends out there, but Sacramento still hasn't gotten on board. But there's something here to help! SacMoFo is the new mobile food movement coming to Sacramento to be the official debut of Sacramento's Food Truck Movement! Now there've been great taco trucks around for years, but they were hard to hunt down and even harder after the City of Sacramento created a "30-minute and Move" ordinance. But the citizens of Sacramento will have none of that and have done everything they can to create a home for food trucks here, and they've succeeded.
But there's something here to help! SacMoFo is the new mobile food movement coming to Sacramento to be the official debut of Sacramento's Food Truck Movement! "The vision for SacMoFo to have about 10-16 food trucks parked around the park. Inside the park there will be a few other street food vendors and booths from our sponsors. There will be no beer/wine garden because this inaugural year they don't have the funds or resources to make it happen. The best way to show your support is to mark April 30th on your calendar and spread the word! It's sure to be an awesome event that will be fun for the whole family. Hopefully it will also bring about some serious changes in those city ordinances.
