Come join us to celebrate the bounty of California, and enjoy the time honored combination of pizza and film on the farm. It will be a splendid night for one and all, brimming with music, food, good friends, and an outdoor screening of Bottle Shock, the film that put California's legendary taste buds on the map.
Chefs Nick and Eric of Serpentine will light the fires in our brand new Concreteworks pizza oven at 6 PM, which will give us some time to mingle, drink, ladle Mish Olive Oil with bread from Outerlands, and generally unwind. After the sun sets over the coastal range, we'll be screening Bottle Shock outside the barn (blankets and lawn chairs welcome).
Menu:
Salad Course~ veggies from Free Spirit Farms, Sierra Orchards walnuts, and Mish Olive Oil. Bread from Outerlands wish Mish tasting station.
Pizza (of)Course~ Orson restaurant, rated "Best Upscale Pizza" by SF Weekly, has donated they're famous dough! Toppings.... will be a surprise.
Dessert Course~ Toby's legendary strawberry shortcake, berries from the garden.
Food and the things to eat it with, as well as non-alcoholic drinks, will be provided, we encourage you to bring your favorite bottles of wine or beer to drink, this is a BYO event.
