SacToMoFo 4 - Best Yet, and Hopefully More to Come

Supposedly it all opened at 11, and by 11:15 there was no parking left in the lot - it seems that Sacramento likes/ wants it's food trucks, there was an average wait of 40 min - 1 hour per line, with some lines (Chairman Bao and nom nom) doubling that.

This new truck, KRUSH, also of the 2 hour line waits was something the likes of which I haven't seen since I was in L.A that's a flat panel screen TV for their menu - awesome and "the tech of the most hip food tucks" - this allows for menu changes and always looking super professional - OH WAIT it's actually the Mini Burger Truck! They changed their name and image, "The name change occurred with owner Davin Vculek having troubles trademarking the name "MiniBurger," which turned out to be too general."

This is some of the best BBQ I've ever had, the hot links were crispy and slathered in a sweet Carolina style sauce, there beef ribs were meaty, dry rubbed and then finished in a mop sauce, but the potato salad was sweet and salty, and while their pulled pork wasn't luscious-ness like I've experienced before, and their coleslaw was pale next to their awesome sauce - but the thing their known for isn't even their BBQ it was their corn cake, which is a beautiful combination of corn bread and corn cake - golden harmony!
