Steamer's Biscuit Sandwich - Change Up Your Sunday Morning!

Bacon, Aged White Cheddar Cheese, and Egg with a Morning Coffee

Ever have a hankering for a really great biscuit? Warm, flaky, buttery, and falling apart in your hands? Or I'll do you one better, ever have an Egg McMuffin at McDonalds, and secretly love it's warm breakfasty goodness but hate it's bad ingredients, fast-food nature, and greasy flavor? Well I'm here to provide a solution: Steamer's Biscuit Sandwich

It's all the flavors you want, and the great ingredients that won't make you writhe hours later. By total consistence my sister happened upon this place when taking some early morning photographs of the Old Sacramento area, needing a warm treat and a coffee, her journey started a Sunday morning tradition that has created a ritual of mine for a long time to come.

Offering many additional breakfast items that I've never tried (I always go for my breakfast sandwich), this place has a lot to offer, but none better in my opinion than the biscuit sandwich. I always personally get it with
Bacon, Aged White Cheddar Cheese, and Egg with a coffee/latte.

Starting the morning with a paper, friend or my mom this is a great quick breakfast on the way to the farmer's market on 8th and X. So if your at all looking for something to break up the morning boredom or can really appreciate a biscuit (like yours truly) then give this one a try. But make sure you get there somewhat early, they stop serving the sandwiches at 11am.
