A fudgey Ancho Chili Brownie with Mexican Chocolate Ice Cream and caramel Sauce. There were candied Fresno chilies on top. The brownie is made with chocolate, cinnamon and ancho chili powder
Utterly decadent and unexpected at Roxy (where items tend to the standard and not the wow) this dessert was rich, spicy, earthy, and creamy all at once!
By far the most creative and exciting things I've ever had at Roxy, so hopefully it'll stay on the menu for a bit longer
